Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery method and destination.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from France via La Poste / Colissimo.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and stock availability, and are provided as an estimate only.

ROJJJO923 cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs, postal issues, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer law, customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

Returned items must be in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of the returned product.
